after connecting twitch and claiming the mtx, its not showing in my mtx to put on

I watch the official poe channel ~1h10mins when it was live and then left the palsterons stream open for a night. I didnt get the MTX, it said 48% gained. Is there anyway i could get it?

I also cannot claim it, tried several times, unconnected my account and connected it again.
