Making purchases while visiting another region (site is blocked in my area)

So first of all PoE site is blocked in my region. I want to buy some points, maybe supporter pack. Messing up with geolocation is obviously bannable. But I have some plans to visit nearby region where it's not blocked so what if I make purchases there? Technically I don't fake my location this way. Is this okay? Or my account locked into the region where it was created and this can't be changed. Or maybe there is less complicated way. I want to make payment through Steam and changing region isn't that simple there so I'll pay the price for my region anyway. Yet I need somehow bypass PoE's shop page in steam client.
Just asking before trying to do somethng for real. Don't really want to put on risk my 11 years old account.
