What are the best campaign builds that transition into good league starters?

The campaign is a huge barrier that prevents a lot of people from enjoying new leagues and multiple characters. Ive tried out dozens of starters over the years and the vast majority of them have sucked if you try to play through the campaign with them. Ive given up on hoping to see skill balance at low levels and only want to play the absolute strongest meta/speedrunner builds from now on.

Must be completely SSF, no transfigured gems. Ideally the builds are playable in or before act 3.

So far ive only found or heard the following to be good:
Rolling Magma, Holy Flame Totem, Flame Wall - Templar, Witch
Armageddon Brand - Templar
SRS - Witch, Templar
Poisonous Concoction - Ranger
Explosive Trap/Ice Trap - Shadow
Splitting Steel - Duelist
Rain of Arrows - Ranger, Duelist

I don't know about it being one of the best or anything, but I started Necropolis as a Power Siphon Locus Mines character that is playable by the end of act 3 and is quite good in endgame SSF, no uniques required. Power Siphon, Locus Mine and Detonate Mines are all act 1 gems, however you may want to get Charged Mines and Automation in act 3 before going all in on it.

It can be a little clunky at times as you have to throw the mines far away from you for them to detonate with Locus Mines, but once you get used to it, it is quite good.

Jungroan has recently posted a YouTube video of a 4 stone run with a Trickster in 3.24. He may be planning a 3.25 league start guide too, I don't know... Check out his channel if you are interested.

Of course, like anything though, this may get nerfed.
