Can anyone explain why my unnatural instinct dont work

My health or mana dont change at all when I put my unnatural instinct here. Stay the same. Can someone explain me is it bug or am I stupid and dont see reason why. 6% life bonus is being washed out by the one you've already allocated in the same wheel.
+6% and -6% I imported your character into PoB and your mana definitely changes with/without the Unnatural Instinct. (767 to 667). Your hit leech also changes. Your Omniscience changes from 2,223 to 2,188 it appears as well. Something that could be useful though is tattooing the 3 small dex nodes and 1 small int node inside that jewel location then deallocate the points and they'll still be granted.
