Poe2 couch coop concerns

After playing Diablo 4 couch coop i felt incentivised to always have a 2nd character besides me. The game made it too easy.

Reasons:
-2x loot
-Player 2 teleports to your location if you run too far away
-P1 can loot P2 items and they would go into P2s inventory
-P1 can play as normal and trade everything after without ever touching the 2nd controller before trading
