[ PS 5 ] Weapon Effect visuals quality

I don't know if anyone els got this issue same as me

visual effect of Cosmos Weapon Effect getting slowly dissappear when i stand in HO, here the video about this, you can see the different after i thworing mine ( at 0:34 )

And all the visuals quality of weapon effect that i buy (Divergence, nightfall, Pyromaniac, Zealous Pyromaniac) is kinda lower than in video showcase, here is the my video i record and the showcase video to compare

The effect only affect at the part that separates the hilt and the blade, not affect entire blade like in showcase video
