Unable to OPEN MAP

Hey, I tried opening map in my hideout the normal way. Nothing special.
Map is stuck in "activation failed" when I try to open it. Tried to change MAP crafting option, no change.

Now I can't open map, nor remove the one that is in map device to open another...Any way around it, to remove the map from map device so I can open a fresh map and map again?

Fixed. Somehow.
