Corrupt Implicit - Free Crafting doesn't work correctly if its already free

So I got the corrupt that makes all crafts free for that map.
I had yet to use any of my already "free" first crafts.

It consumed my free "first craft" for Domination instead of the map implicit that should have made it free.

Please fix the priority order in which crafts are consumed so that the effect is not wasted and players are not forced to "hold" onto a map until they use the map devices implicit first "free" craft has been used.
