Hybrid Flask and Master Surgeon

When allocating Master Surgeon, the Hybrid Flask mana recoovery does not continue. The wording says "Life Flask effects are not removed when Unreserved Life is Filled". Since a Hybrid flask counts as a Life Flask I would imagine that the effect of the Hybrid flask as a whole would continue. It does not specifiy the life recovery effect part of the Life flask specifically.
