Amulet/Talisman with Allocated Passives
Relatively new to the game, and I'm curious about how the "Allocated" passives from Amulets/Talismans work. Let's say I've got a Notable Passive skill currently allocated by a passive skill point and I get a Talisman that "allocates" that same Notable Passive skill. If I Orb of Regret the Notable Passive and then equip the Talisman to activate the Notable Passive, would the passive skills on either side of the Notable Passive be able to connect to the Notable Passive without using a skill point and continue the link, or would I still need to use a skill point to connect on the "Allocated" Notable Passive?
For example, let's say I'm going thru the Ranger section of the tree where Heart of Oak is located. If I have Heart of Oak "Allocated" by a Talisman, if I have the "Life and Stun Avoidance" above that allocated by a skill point, would that automatically link to Heart of Oak and then be able to continue that path to the "Life and Stun Avoidance" below Heart of Oak without using a skill point for Heart of Oak because it's allocated by the Talisman, or would the path be broken by the "Allocated" skill? Any ideas? Last bumped on Apr 27, 2024, 9:36:46 AM

Have to actually place to passive yourself to be able to connect the tree.
While you do get the benefits from the passive if you allocate it with enchants (amulet or talisman) you can't place passives connected to it or pick mastery from that wheel. |

Awesome, thanks for that.
