Maiven progress

I have Maiden Progress 15/3 and got "Maiven invitation: atlas" but i cant activate atlas machine. What should I do with this?

Why can't you activate? The "Activate" button is available.

There overall red text. If i click, nothing will happen

Red text because these mods cannot be applied to the invitation. At the bottom there is an "activate" button. What happens when you press it? Is there any error text appearing in chat?
