Deadeye build in game bug issue while wearing crystalarium boots

I purchased 2 pairs of these boots earlier this month. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing movement & action freezes at random moments. I play on a PC via Steam on a xbox controller; so while I am unable to move at all, I am however able to open up game menu and stats. The freezes only apply in game actions. Please advice
