Unknown source of Poison Damage

Hi,

My Character Sheet states that I inflict 43.5-73.9 Poison Damage per second from Main Hand Hits. There is no Chance-to-Poison category listed, which implies that I auto inflict poison damage with each melee hit.

Where is the poison damage coming from? I seem to have no poison causing attack items on me...

I am wearing a Siegebreaker belt which is causing my minions to drop a Chaos damage ground effect. Does that even count as poison?

Could anyone explain/clarify this for me?

If there is no "Chance to Poison" stat on your character sheet, your chance to poison is 0% and you will not inflict poison.

Your attacks have physical damage, which can contribute to poison damage if you inflict poison. You will see the same for bleed: bleed damage is listed even if you have no chance to bleed.
