Does anyone know why I get this shiny effect when I use my Jade Flask?

I am not phasing and have a pretty basic Jade flask with bleed immunity. Picture below.

If possible I would love to remove this effect but I have no idea what's causing it.

I have tried removing all my auras, other flasks, MTXs but it seems to only be in effect whenver my jade flask is applied...
