Transcendent mind + Perandus Pact interaction

Does Transcendent mind ignore all attributes stat from perandus pact? I tried overlapping them but mind did not show any increase on dot multiplier.

You should post something to show the issue. I don't see why they won't work together.

I'm guessing Transcendent mind only uses int mods.
