How do I get the Necropolis Locker into the guild hideout?

I've been trying to get the Necropolis Locker to show up in my guild hideout off and on all league and still can't get it to show up. Tried the personal/guild import/export trick and I just get an error saying "Warning: 1 doodads could not be imported because you do not own any spare ones", even if I remove the Necropolis Locker in my personal hideout first.

Anybody know how I can get the Necropolis Locker into the guild hideout?
