PoB thinks I have two more points?

When I import my character, Path of Building consistently believes I am two levels lower. Because of two, I had thought it was because it somehow didn't believe I killed all the bandits, but on the "config" page I have the quest as "kill all".

I never paid much mind, but at level 100 it insists I am level 98 and have two more points left.

It's not terribly important, since I know how many points I have left (namely none), but it would be nice to know if I should change something. Am I doing something wrong?

Use the /passives command while on that character to see a list of passives you've received from quests.

After finishing Act 10, it will also show "0 points from" for passives from quests you haven't completed.
