timeless jewel notable skill

i really want to get a certain notable skill from a timeless jewel. but there are about 40 different notables. so the chances are 40/1 ? so practically speaking there is no way i get the notable that i want ?

You can use PoB or some timeless jewel calculator to get the seed numbers where the notables you need are present, as well as for which jewel socket and in what places these passives should be.

i need "Eternal Resilience" from the jewel "Elegant Hubris". Maybe someone can tell me how to get it. im too stupid for external tools.
