Never ending blight

Hi guys

Pretty sure this is a known one, but I wanted to get the report in on it. Castle Ruins Map blight encounter, PS5 console - all monsters downed but there's no reward. Music is ongoing everywhere in the map as though the encounter is still active, but it's just hanging there.
