Custom Item filter broken yet again

This happens every league. There were no changes to filters in the last few days. I logged in, and my custom filter suddenly doesn't work. The default and built in NS filters work.

It might be some sort of caching issue. The only solution is a full reinstall, which is a huge pain.

Same thing happened to me. Possibly related, I find when this happens maps stop caching when you leave and reenter zones.

Same. Had to reinstall as well

Same here. Suddenly going from one map to next it stopped working. Going to try and uninstall and reinstall like others have done.
