Magmatic strikes making it a bit harder to track dps
I was comparing items as I level up, and I realize that magmatic strikes notable keeps toggling, and it makes it harder to compare the dps when I compare two weapons by alternately equipping them; as I have to carefully track and watch to make sure I'm getting the dps at the same with/without magmatic strikes. A mild annoyance only, but it'd be nice if it weren't there. Honestly I'd rather the notable just provide a fixed amount than toggle, that'd be easier to adjust for.

I too find it annoying, and I suggest something like the focus mechanic to apply to it:
"Gain 30% of physical damage as fire damage for 4 seconds when you focus, with a 10 second cooldown" This way you can decide when the buff activates and it makes it feel like a meaningful buff to your character, and the 'maximum' benefit you could receive from the notable are exactly the same as it is now. Otherwise it's basically a "sometimes I will do more damage" node where you just forget you allocated it and attack as you would without it, the only difference being that you hope the RNG-timing Gods are on your side.
