Trinity support does not work with Tornado of Turbulance

Is this a bug? I tried it with tri elemental tornado and I do not see the Trinity support bar at the top. I don't think it's working.

Tried looking into this and learned that Tornado has the Orb tag.
The description for Trinity Support says that it cannot support Orb skills. | |
