Necropolis Lantern UI Text disappears

As seen above, the mod reduced enemy stun threshold / inc. stun duration on enemies has its text disappear when shifted to the leaping spiders mobs with +pack size and -modifier level. Unsure if its the delevel doing it or something specific in this instance. The map used is sunken city, with cartography scarab.
