Need help with my build please. Non-League. Divine Ire Inquisitor

This is my Paladin/Crusader build, I always like to play soldier/military type characters.


My Goals:


-Making a fast Mapping/Boss running build (Not so good so far)
-Making Mana give both Damage and Energy shield (Working ON)
-Has Good AOE (Not Bad)
-Have lots of Recovery (Done)
-Using Energy Blade gem (working on quality before using / Expenisve)
-needing to be some what Tanky with recovery
-wanting to convert Defence+Mana into Damage


My Build Right Now::


Offence:

-BattleMage+SpellBlade+EnergyBlade
-Having Both AOE and Single hit in one skill
-Mana = Damage
-Having cast speed around 20

Defence:

Avoidance:

-Block?

Mitigation:

-Physical, Elemental and Chaos Resistance

Recovery:

-Physical damage Mitigated and Taken Recover over time.
-Leech+instant Leech
-Energy shield Regen+Consecrated Ground+Zealot Oath
-Wicked Ward Keystone.


Working On:


Cheap:

-Flasks
-More Energy Shield
-Maybe Passive Tree

Expensive:

-Getting Sanctuary of Thought (Forbidden jewels)
-Getting boots to have plus 2 level gem for enchenced support+23% energy blade to get over 70% quality on energy blade. (I looked into this and yes it can be done, delve and corrupting the boots)

No Idea of Prices:

-Working on Gear
-Gems level and quality
-Mana recovery


Problems I need help with:


-Mana recovery as a spell user
-Getting better Avoidance and Mitigation
-finding a way to have all my auras without needing Prism Guardian. (20% life reservation+enlighten support is not enought)
-Using shield to boost energy blade to 100% quality (Yes this can be done)
-Maybe a better passive tree


Infomation:


-I do not have a lot of currancy and maybe working on a second cheaper build to make this work.
-I do non-leagues, so time is not a factor.
-I have learned a lot with increasing Damage but leak knowledge with Defence
