Crash to desktop when in the middle of a big pack. Client.exe shows "Constant Buffer Overflow"

Hey, so my game has been very consistently freezing for 1-2 secs when in the middle of a big pack, and then crashing to desktop with no error message. It doesn't happen at *every* pack, but it happens in every endgame juiced map at least once.

Specs:
7800x3d
rtx 4090
32gigs of RAM
Game installed on M.2 ssd

Drivers are all up to date, Nvidia drivers are fresh installed after uninstalling the previous ones with DDU.

Before being forced to spend money on MTX in case it fixes it, I figured I'd post here first.

I'll paste below the last lines of client.exe following a crash:

"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been getting a "Constant Buffer Overflow" error and crash to desktop as well, but for me it is when I have been AFK in hideout. Has not happened when AFK in town or the Mine Encampment.

I'm running a 7800X3D chip as well, but with a 7900XT GPU.

Have been using this hardware since the beginning of 3.23 in December, and never had this error until 3.24.

2080ti here, i face the exact same issue as you, been around since 3.10.

prior to this league, afking in hideout prolonged resulted in just 'lag' which disappears once u begin a new session.

its truly annoying. i think swapping to dx11 might solve this problem (ive not tried) but i do not want to not use dx12 atm.
`Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL
`From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL
I can send a DXDIAG if that helps you guys solve this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) I'm running Beyond 100% chance, Deli 100% chance, Breach, Shrines.
2) 1x 30% exp domination scarab, 1x domination scarab, 2x breach scarabs
3) Load up Jungle Valley with Domination on the map device - happens with and without applying All Flames
4) Run the map normally taking shrines, triggering breaches and any other random spawning game mechanics, Beyond and Deli trigger.
5) Usually halfway or 3/4 of the way into the map I crash to the desktop, no error message from POE.

Notes:
This can happen multiple times in the same map.
I have gone maps without it happening
Happens in both Dx12 and Vulkan
Lowering graphics settings did not seem to change anything
Not sure if Headhunter buffs and shrine buffs are part of the issue or just the sheer number of monsters. Playing Exsanguinate miner on Trickster. Was not a problem in non-juiced maps that I can recall.

Update: Vulcan stops the crashes, but it also makes the game actively worse. FPS drops, texture glitches etc. But the crashes are gone.
Same for me when using DX12, just crashing randomly in hideout or during mining.

This is still happening. Usually happens when being afk for a while, when you open up the game again it crashes with the "[D3D12] Constant Buffer overflow" message from client.txt
I have no idea why it still occurs when AFK
same for me afk with vulcan = constant buffer overflow error
4070ti ddr5 13600k
on dx 11 afk is fine
