Hidden blade's unseen strike not triggering Mjolner correctly.
Some packs of mobs are not triggering spells socketed on Mjolner.
Me and my clan did some tests and seems like some packs are not triggering the spells on Mjolner after stop/moving the character it seems like it triggers. Things we have tested: - different spells (arc, absolution, shock nova, etc) - with 100% hit chance AND with resolute tecnique (so we were actually not missing) - Watcher's eye + Haste AND Phase run + automation + increase duration + efficacy - with and without returning proj This is very sad since I have been playing this build for the past 3 leagues and had no issues whatsoever. How to reproduce: - use Hidden blade on one hand and Mjolner in the other - socket GMP + LMP + returning proj on HB to get more projectiles - socket any lightning spell on Mjolner - Be perma pahsing either with Watchers eye + Haste or Phasing run setup with Automation - Play a little on blood archeduct until bug happens. Can confirm. Not sure what is triggering the bug, sometimes if you stand still it doesn't trigger and as soon as you start walking Unseen strike hits start triggering Mjolner socketed spells again (or walking doesnt trigger then standing still does). Sometimes it looks like mobs with energy shield prevent it from triggering and when they lose the ES it starts triggering again.
That's the most accurate i could describe the source of the issue, it started this league. IGN gubert

Came here to post the same. Tested loads and nothing I'm seeing makes perfect sense. 100% hit rate or resolute technique makes no difference, I'm not being blinded, the mobs don't have block, etc. Even tried various forms of phasing via flask, elusive, phase run, and perm phasing via haste/watcher's eye.
Also tried with Spectral Throw, Spectral Helix, some other random melee skills, and default attack. Only Unseen Strike seems affected. Sometimes you can just stand still and only the hit damage affects the mob until you start moving (or vice versa) and then suddenly the triggers start occurring again. Other times I can run half a map without it ever triggering (granted, I'm usually going on kinda nutty movement speed). It's not always just stopping and starting movement that seems to make it work again either as I can go in a straight line for a while with it not working 1-2 seconds and then suddenly working again and then stop again all in the same straight line run. Quick clip of it in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K1Z2Kf3wJg You can pause at 15 seconds in to see the mods on the rare (which includes Soldier Haunted), but you can also see the hit damage taking affect.. so why not the trigger? Edit: Further testing, removed every trigger I had (Death Rush, various Arcane Surge on hit, Exposure/Unnerve on hit, etc). No changes. Switched from Mjolner to Moonbender, it has the same problem where intermittently the trigger simply doesn't happen (it may be switching between weapons rather than always using the main hand, but if it is, it doesn't seem deterministic at all). Edit2: Mace Mastery - All Damage with Maces and Scepters inflicts chill does in fact chill enemies every hit (as far as I can tell), whether it triggers a spell or not from Mjolner if Mjolner is in the main hand or offhand. With Mjolner in the offhand, it still occasionally triggers the spell socketed in it. So it seems the mastery considers a dagger and mace equipped as always being a mace dealing the damage for the purpose of chill, but the trigger is semi-random as to if it'll use the main hand or the off hand.
