Kitava`s Thirst broken

Hello today i have problems with my Kitava`s Thirst helmet i cant trigger my socketed skill gem from this helmet.After hotfix all working fine,now i cant play becouse triggering its broken

Same here. It was working fine proccing curses and frostbolt, but then in the middle of gameplay during a map just entirely stopped proccing at all. Now I can spend 1000s of mana and no procs at all. Rebooted client and everything and it still doesn't work anymore.

Well I figured it out. I leveled up my inspiration too far so the mana threshold for the spell went under 100 per cast. Just dropped a point of mana cost reduction and it's fine now. Not sure if that's the issue for OP, but you have to spend 100 mana in a single cast.
