Can't use Corruption Altar in controller mode

In controller mode I can't use the Corruption Altar to double corrupt my items.

I have tried every button combination including holding A or X as indicated by this thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3100454

This was with the newly added Corruption Altar in the Vaal Ruins (Act 2) but I remember having this problem last league in the Alva Temple as well (didn't have a double corrupt room there in this league yet)

im having the same issue, i cant use the corruption alters or the lapidary lens on controller, it does not allow the cursor to move over to the item no matter what the hell i do. IT SUPER ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING!

Same here. Couldn't use altar with controller (PS5).
