POE on MacOS - problem with every update

Hi. I play on a MacBook M1 Pro. I have the Steam client installed. Every time there is a Poe update, the files download but I get an "Error writing to disk" message. I can't fix it, so I have to uninstall the game and download the whole thing again. This is quite annoying, but I haven't found any other solution to this problem. I don't have such problems with other games on Steam. I will also add that I have a lot of free space on my disk, I have a permanent Internet connection and I have checked the integrity of the files.

I have the same issue except I don't even have the Steam client installed - I just use standalone.
For the latest update, PoE also crashes immediately when trying to open it. I have PoE installed on different Macbooks (M3 Pro, M2 Air) and this happens for both of them. My PoE install on these Macbooks was fresh otherwise - I installed it on the weekend.
You likely don't have to reinstall.

Run the binary from the /home/user/library/application support/path of exile. This will complete the update and then after that it should start regular from the launch menu.
Buy a Windows PC with either Intel or AMD CPU chip, problem solved.

The game probably only design for Intel-Mac

Blame Apple to produce M1 chip and all the false ad such as 16 GB ram in Mac is equal to 32 GB in PC. Or the claim of M1/M2/M3 can still run the old Intel-Mac programme smoothly
