Alva not spawning in Act 7 for quest

Hi, I've done the story with my friend and on his act 7 area we had an Alva, but as it was area of course only he was able to craft the temple and to the quest.

So after the story was finished I wanted to go back and clean up all the sidequests. But Alva simply won't spawn on that area anymore. Or anywhere else, as far as I've noticed.

I'm having the same issue, Alva never spawned in A7 for me and her quest is still active. Tried different instances - still no Alva there and no incursions. Maybe she will spawn later on the maps though, not sure. Never had this bug before, althouh it was quite common back in 2018-2019. Back in those days you had to manually click on the exit portal after you encounter her later in the maps in order to invite her in your hideout and finally complete her quest in A7. Not sure if this is a return of the old bug or a new one introduced in 3.24.

Ok, so quick update on Alva bugged quest (because I see a lot of similar posts with this issue), it WAS indeed an old bug from 5 years ago, so all you have to do to get her back in hideout (and complete her quest) is to encounter her in wild on maps or in late act 10 zones (Desecrated Chambers, Ossuary etc), manually exit her incursions via portal, and then your act 7 quest will be completed and Alva will be in your hideout with updated Temple.

I also just randomly got an Alva in a map and saw afterwards, that the quest was finished.
