Supported Skills deal (10-25)% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge

Do the increases offered by the Passive Skill Tree (Arcane Capacitor up to 50% + 2x Mana and Arcane Surge Effect 2x20%) also increase this specific More Spell Damage?
