Morbid Hideout is bugged

I cannot go to my hideout (Morbid Hideout) in Necropolis or Standard. It says Error: Failed to join any instances.

I have same same issue with my (Morbid Hideout), in both Necropolis and Standard.

Same issue. I also cannot recall pets that are currently in the Morbid hideout
