[macOS] 3.24 client performance crippled by CPU time and Shadercache on maCOS

Looking at the graph, we see that CPU time is always constrained and the shader cache is riffling between no impact to severe impact. This bug is a regression from 3.23.2b. The issue occurs regardless of skill used and is only slightly impacted by graphic settings. The issue can be seen as soon as the sign in screen. System Specs M1 Max 32GB Mac Studio Studio Display via Thunderbolt 4 Game Settings Most every options is disable or set to low. No substantial effect. Here is the output from the display section:

Experiencing almost the exact same problem, potentially worse. Feels like I have been playing a slideshow since the start of 3.24

Issue was first observed after the last engine patch in Affliction league 3.23. Did not experience any problems throughout the actual league. My time with 3.23 ended about 5 weeks from league start but had logged on a few days before 3.23 ended to prepare stash tabs for migration to standard. The issue was so severe it was immediately apparent despite not having logged in for several weeks by that point, I had hopes it wouldve just gone away on its own by the time 3.24 started. Problem: Right from the Twilight Strand on day 1 of Necropolis league, FPS has been fluctuating between 1 and 30 depending on where my character is and what assets are nearby. Issue can be reproduced during any combat, worsening with more entities on screen including other players. note: I am currently playing Cast on Crit - Detonate Dead. I was already made aware prior to the league starting that this build had really high potential for performance problems, and the situation definitely worsens when casting vs. not casting. However I need to stress that this has been happening from level 1 on day 1 and I didnt transition into my current build until after the campaign was finished. Furthermore I already owned the Void Desecrate MTX and purchased Void Desecrate Dead just the other day when I started the build to attempt at alleviating the issue. I also played kinetic bolt of fragmentation to a pretty high level of success in 3.23, which experienced several performance issues as well but the issue was extremely isolated to the skill itself. I didnt have any particular qualms with this as I could just play a different skill.
