Ball Lightning of Static

I have a question about how ball lightning of static works. The information I have is that it causes a hit every 150ms and has a fixed duration of 2 seconds, this gives a total of 13 hits and the ball lightning (normal version) has the same rate between the orbs that were cast from the same cast (with GMP, LMP...). So let's assume that it causes 6 hits per second, if I have multiple orbs on the same target by separate casts there is a maximum capacity of 13 hits per second or each orb will cause its 6 hits/s and with 4 orbs for example I have 24 hits /s?
