Dual Strike CoC Vaal Smite of Divine Judgement

So this is going to be my 3rd league and is the first time i plan a pobb for the league. I'm a melee enjoyer so it has to be a melee but was looking for a high elemental melee damage and this is the only way i found to solve the puzzle.

What I don't know (since I barely have played any dodge class) is if this is going to be good enough to take on bosses dmg and face ubers.
