Just bought 100 point, got recipe in email, money wiped from my card, points never arrived

So yea. This is what never happened to me before this!
My 6th times buying points and always got the notification from the website message section, always points recived after the money was taken. Im hardly reconsider buying points again...
And yea hopefully i got the recipe order number from the email version of this, even tho i should got to see this as usual in the site.

Now even tho im paying, i need to wait for my points. Nice. What a wonderful day.

Had the same and wrote an email to the support. Received reply within 15 min, exchanged my in game name and character names with them and all got fixed in 30 mins…
