Gated by Putrid Cloister aquisition, again.
I like to play ssf, I dislike playing the trade leagues. It's just a personal preference. But for the third league in a row i'm quitting after a couple of weeks purely because I cannot drop, or div card farm a map that gates character power progression. I don't have 8 hours a day to farm academies at a 300/1 sholar/professor ratio lol and once again after running every Kirac node and using all my scouting reports for 400 or so maps I havent found that bloody map. I don't have 8 hours a day to play, Im just a working man that wants to enjoy the game and progress. But for the third time im bored out of my mind with a needlessly rng grind for a craft.

I'm not saying the gating behind RNG is something good, quite the opposite.
But if u're saying u played the league for weeks and only gotten to lvl 94, I'd bluntly say u might have not enough time on ur hands to enjoy SSF in PoE. SSF means u need to grind ALOT. Hell, I grinded for an Aisling Craft for almost 2 weeks. I dropped a couple Putrid Cloisters so far, but it's a very rare map still. It might also not be a good idea to start with a build that is reliant on that craft if u had trouble getting the map to drop before. Speaking of ur build, I think u need an Empower gem aswell, so that will be a problem in SSF nowadays. |

Empower is no longer an issue with lab lol, and yes I agree it would be "easier" to play a build that isnt reliant on multi-mod, but should that have to be the way we approach builds ? Putrid used to have a reasonably good div card farm available, until GGG nefred it's weighting for some weird reason, and yes I "could" play more, or less or whatever ? but the point remains, should I "have" to choose based on a bench mod being far less available than most whilst being in some cases an absolute requirement.
