unexpected disconnection occured

Hi, i've been unable to play recently

i think it all started after the power outage this morning around 9-10 hours ago while i was doing sirus boss map, and after that i was doing breach memory and blighted map:
1. the memory map consist of cemetery-tropical island-palace-plateau-summit (the problem started here i think? where i cannot even enter the map portal)-channel
2. after unable to continue the memory map i did 2 blighted map and its still fine
3.then i was trying to trade with a person in trade for a crusader's exalted orb (i have my browser tabbed in trade site), he gave the party invite, and i clicked his warp to hideout and it started again the "unexpected disconnection occured"

now it keeps giving me unexpected disconnection occured if im going out of town area/selecting character, its like "the instance creation" itself fails everytime i tried

Things that i tried:
1.im usually playing in singapore server.tried changing it doesnt matter the unexpected disconnection occured stll occurs
2.visiting a friends hideout seems fine
3.tried to deleting the shadercache folder as per someone's suggestion still doesn't work
4.tried verifying the files through Epicgames still doesn't work

please help
