that which was taken +5% chaos res per endurance charge

i am using jewel with 5% chaos res per endurance charge with and

then i have points in tree that giving me endurance charges with duration but it doesnt increasing chaos res et all i am having 14% chaos ress with 7 endurance it should give me 35% chaos ress but it stay et 14% and doesnt work et all
