Grand Heists have to be reworked
Hi,
i wonder that you didnt take the chance to rework the basic Grand Heist System as you did update the rewards this League. I mean its so unusal for POE that there is something where the rewards do not increase by increasing the Risk ? Furthermore its strange to me now after this update that it even more doesnt matter which Blueprint you run ?! Also this is very untypical for POE as its normal that there are more worthy ones and more bad ones , or lets say less valuable but different rewards. Its so stupid that every low tier Character can just do the Grand Heists scour them and run them white with same rewards without the need to kill any monsters... . I cant tell you how it should be changed dont have any really good idea, but how it is right now its bad. Probably just the Map mods should influence the Heist Target Value as well. The harder you roll the Grand Heist, the more reduced alert level and reinforcements you get besides IIQ/IIR. I always roll them for that reason.
Rewards from curio room vary a lot. Imo they need to balance out the rare enchanted rewards to appear less frequently. Getting 5 curios with 3 enchanted rares, a stack of bindings and a stack of scours just blows.. The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

i didnt want to use any tone ... but as we all know nobody cares about the normal item drops in the grand heists ... only the target is important.
but i get your point the general item drops are influenced by rolling mods |

You clearly don't play Heist and don't know how many stacked decks it drops. And later on divines once you get that thing which converts chaos to divines.
Curio display reward is garbage most of the time. Decks are most consistent source of heist income and it's not without a reason that BP's with many divination rooms are worth a lot more on TFT (compared to random BP's). Other chests are kinda crap though, they might need a revision - for example breach chests be given a small chance to drop a full breachstone. Nobody is going to bother with them for 3 splinters of tul. Right now heist chests have this tiering: Maps - S tier because of guardian maps dropping frequently. This reward type is rare on BP's though. It's not very possible to have more than 4 rooms with this. Divination cards - A tier - many decks, sometimes a good card. Backbone of your income. Currency - C tier. Only servicable with c -> div trinket. Pretty ignorable without Everything else pretty much F tier. I'd say heist is fine except... this league is just scuffed and economy is in a fucking ruin. Normally a stack of 4 divines in display curio would excite you, but this league you're pulling that many out of one juiced map. Consistently. Don't count on this amulet drop, it's so rare that it's basically once in 3-4 leagues drop, even if you do heist a lot each league. I would up the value of most reward chests in BP's cos there's only three reward types that are worth bothering with - thus devaluing those "fully revealed" BP's found in maps. |

I did talk about the basic concept of grand heists and their rewards. if you dont want to open ultimatum chests then do it and if you want to hunt for bubblegum currency like stack decks than do it. and if you want to waste your blueprint reveals for the chests you can do as well. but please dont tell me that i am doing something wrong. ranking of chest is : Ultimatum (by far s+ tier) Div Currency by the way Last edited by derhealman#2745 on Jan 14, 2024, 4:09:01 AM

just had 4 Prismweave Belts in a single Reward Room.... this thing really needs rework... or you can think about removing Heist from the Game completley and replace with some other cool mechanic ... like Sentinel for example.
