Spectre creates minions are they "your" minions?

im thinking making build 4(6)x Perfect spider matriarch so that they can summon plenty of small spiders, do they count as "your" minions for gems and your gear such us
severed in sleep wither chance and so forth?

or bonuses for minion damage on your tree.

They belong to your Spectre. Mods that affect your minions would not apply. I'm not sure about linked support gems.
