guilded abyss scarab bugged?

it says it will turn into a stygianspire or abyssal depths. i play t7 cemetary, even with one abyss on the map, it does not turn into any of those it turns into abyss trove. so i just waste my guilded abyss scrabs? why does it not work what am i doing wrong.???
