Death Attunement doesnt work? Need help

Yo

Is it already allocated on the passive tree? It cant double dip.

Are you looking at the description of the skill gem? Look in the tooltip, you should have 3 specters.
By the way, if you take lvl 21 skill gem and an amulet with +1 all skill gems, you can have 4 spectres. | |

The 2nd extra spectre is achieved at level 25 gem level, not 22. The first extra is at level 13 | |
