Level 94 Wintertide Brand Build Help Request

I'm doing the Wintertide Brand build from here: https://pobb.in/gm8_-2I6OKF4

I followed it pretty closely, with a few small changes to deal with elemental resistances and attribute requirements.

I've completed the whole atlas, and can handle soloing everything up through tier 16 maps.

However, it falls apart in the higher tier maps, sometimes in the Viridian Wildwood areas, and in the Exarch and Eater of Worlds bossfights.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

Any advice on what I could or should change to handle tougher boss fights and move freely beyond level 83+ monsters would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure his build is legit. I looked through his Path of Building and he has the Frenzy charge box checked under configuration, but I don't see any way for him to generate frenzy charges. I unchecked it and his DPS went way down, so he may be advertising a lot higher DPS than what he is actually getting.

That being said, I do see things you can improve on. The most obvious is you have four minor nodes allocated that you don't need, giving you just +10 stats, it's in between the Arcanist Dominion and Runebinder, refund those.

Your gloves could use some improvement. Try and find some with implicit mods of at least +15 to cold damage over time multiplier and cold exposure.

Get some jewels with +7 or +8 to cold damage over time multiplier, this mod gives you the best damage increase when you're doing a damage over time build.

I haven't tried Winterbrand before but it does specify that spell damage increases your damage over time. I see no reason to skip by the spell damage node on your tree like he did. You can allocate Arcanists Dominion for just one skill point and benefit from every one of those mods. Good Luck!
