Question about minion instability

So minion instability counts as secondary dmg, so it has a base crit chance of 0%.
Meaning that with buffs it should be able to crit. The hits of Summon Raging Spirit of Enormity are always crit. So would that mean that the minion instability explosion also crits? Or is it not technically counted as a "hit" and therefor not crit?

Secondary damage can hit, so that shouldn't affect it. I am leaning towards "always crit" overwriting the base critical strike chance of zero, but I honestly don't know.

I figured it out. It most definitely crits lol
