[MTX Feedback] Add option to remove sound from Zealous Pyromaniac Weapon Effect

the mtx looks really pretty but its ruined by the distracting sounds. its probably the intention but with newer mtx giving us the option to have the triggered effects/sounds, it would be nice for older ones like this one to get the same treatment
