Custom Item filter broken yet again

I started up the game today and my custom item no longer works. I didn't change it between yesterday and today. Tried reloading filter, restarting game, restarting console. Still broken.

Based on past threads, supposedly it's a caching issue. Does anyone have a solution other than reinstalling the game?

This happens every league at some point, and I always have to resort to NS Strict, because there are certain items that NS Very Strict hides. This turns looting into a mess for the rest of the league.

Happened to me twice the last few days, reinstall fixes it but obviously a hassle

Same here again, 2 times in a week!. It looks like to happening more and more often league after league unfortunately. I hope the reinstall will fix it this time but it start to be annoying to reinstall the game 3 or 4 time every league!
