crash and lose portals to foil mageblood

i got map t17 dunes with foil mageblood and got 2x crash and lose my portals!!!




please give me back my MAP because it's your fault we get CRASH in playstation!!! I for my part have done nothing wrong.... a person tries, sits for hours and because of something like this he loses the achievements of everything.... so what, we sit in hideout and do nothing because we are afraid of getting a crash and losing everything ??????????
