Unable to bulk sell with decimal values

When trying to list items for bulk selling i am not able to use fractional values for divines. From experimenting a bit i noticed that i am only allowed to type in a string containing a "." or a "/". So in the image below since the string already contains a "." then pressing "/" simply does nothing.
 I also tried creating the note manually but this did not really seem to work and the item was not correctly listed on the trade side And if i opened the note after setting it manually then it would clear the information. You can't mix fractions / decimals like that. The Bulk Exchange only works with whole numbers.

then how do people make listings like these?

By pricing the items normally, ie.
~price 3.1 divine.✮
