Tawhoa's Chosen and Infernal Blow of Immolation

I am having difficulty figuring out the effect these two skills have on each other. Path of Building gets some really crazy high numbers when set up a certain way and I am not sure if it is accurate. I think the piece of information that would clear things up is that state of the mirage when it spawns. Does it inherit ONLY the numerical stat values at the time of creation or does it also inherit the charge state of Immolation(i.e. if I have 5 charges at the time of spawning it, will the mirage also have 5 and then detonate after it attacks due to reaching 6 charges)? I am assuming it does not and I think PoB is calculating it as if it is. If anyone has information on this I would really appreciate it.

Yeah I as playing with the same build for a melee ignite chieftan in PoB and I also saw the Tawohas chosen ignite was much higher than any other option I tried.

Unfortunetly the optimal forb/flame (Undeniable) is absurdly overpriced this league so I probably won't try the build.
